You'll explore the subtle whispers of our intuition, using meditation as a key to unlock the sanctuary within. This is an invitation to embark on an inner journey, to discover the magic of stillness, and to awaken to the peace that has always been present.

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: Silence in Action Quest
DO something every day to promote inner stillness. This is a stillness activity that you DO. It's outside of your seated meditation. Some examples are journaling, walking, painting, etc.
THIS WEEK'S MEDITATION TECHNIQUES:
Day 1: Visualization what silence means to you
Day 2: Affirmation, "I honor the whispers of my soul."
Day 3: Inhale and become aware of stillness within yourself. Exhale tension.
Day 4: Apana mudra to feel grounded
Day 5: First chakra to feel grounded
Day 6: Layer Meditation Techniques
Day 7: Reflection + Introspection
